Shipping

Within South Africa:

  • Colourful living uses the Courier guy within South Africa. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

  • All packages must be signed for when delivered – please make sure that when making your purchase, you provide an address where there will be somebody to sign between working hours.

  • We cannot ship to PO Box numbers.

  • Free Delivery on all orders over R900, otherwise standard delivery fees apply.

International:

We’ll request a quote from various international courier services to ensure we get your package to you as soon as possible. Email support@colourfulliving.co.za to start the process.

Returns & Exchanges

Within South Africa:

We offer FREE returns and will organise a courier for you. If you wish to return an item, please fill in our return request form here.

The options available for returns are as follows:

  • An exchange. We can only offer an exchange if we have the product that you would like to receive in stock. Otherwise, you can exchange for a different product to the same value.
  • A credit in the form of a Coupon.
  • A cash Refund.

 We will process returns under the following conditions:

  • Your garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase supplied
  • Sales and discounted purchases are not eligible for returns (exchange, refund or a credit, in the form of a Coupon).

We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange should the items be worn or in unfit condition to resell.

Allow 15 working days for us to receive your item(s), process your return and confirm your exchange or Coupon.

The upfront shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only allow one exchange per garment.

Please note: We only accept returns on Hair Accessories if the product is damaged or we have sent you the incorrect product.

International:

Regrettably we can not offer returns or exchanges on international orders – the reason being, South Africa customs charges us duty to bring the item back into the country and it becomes an unjustifiably costly process.

We do understand that choosing the correct size can be challenging so please refer to our sizing guide. If you need additional help, please get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to help you. Email support@colourfulliving.co.za.

Replacements

Damaged product

Every Colourful Living product goes through strict quality control checks. However, as they are all handmade and hand checked we are cognisant that a human, fabric or factory flaw may occur. 

Colourful Living accepts full responsibility for all manufacturing faults. Should an item be faulty you may be entitled to an exchange at our fair discretion. 

For a replacement, we will require the following from you:

  • The damage must be disclosed to us within 5 days of arriving.
  • Photographic proof of the damaged garment.
  • Proof of purchase.

The cost to replace the item/s will be at Colourful Living’s expense.

Incorrect product

Heaven forbid we supply you with the wrong product. If we have, we’ll exchange it for you asap!

    • We require proof of purchase.
  • The cost to replace the item/s will be at Colourful Living’s expense.
Sizing Guide

Let’s face it, we may not all fall exactly into these brackets. If You’re towards the lower end of the a bracket our recommendations is that you select the smaller size. We use a 4 way stretch fabric which means it stretches both length and width ways. Perfect for covering every inch of your fabulous form!
