Measuring waist

 Measure the circumference at the narrowest part of your waistline. Keep the tape level.

Measure the circumference at your hip bone. Keep the tape level.

Measuring over bum

Measure the circumference from the fullest parts of your hips and around the bum. Keep the tape level.

Let’s face it, we may not all fall exactly into these exact brackets. If you’re towards the lower end of a bracket our recommendation is that you select the smaller size. We use a 4 way stretch fabric which means it stretches both length and width ways. Perfect for covering every inch of your fabulous form!

If you find that the fit isn’t perfect, you can return it (RSA only). As long as it’s unworn, unwashed, unaltered and within 5 days of receiving your order.

We offer FREE returns and will organise a courier for you. If you wish to return an item, please fill in our return request form here.

The options available for returns are as follows:

• An Exchange. We can only offer an exchange if we have the product that you would like to receive in stock. Otherwise, you can exchange for a different product to the same value.

• A credit in the form of a Coupon.

• A cash Refund.

 We will process returns under the following conditions:

• Your garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase supplied
• Sales and discounted purchases are not eligible for returns (exchange, refund or a credit, in the form of a coupon).

We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange should the items be worn or in unfit condition to resell.

Allow 15 working days for us to receive your item(s), process your return and confirm your exchange or voucher.

The upfront shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only allow one exchange per garment.

Please note: We only accept returns on Hair Accessories if the product is damaged or we have sent you the incorrect product.
