Returns Request

To start the return/exchange process, please fill out the form below. We will then start the return process on our side.

Please Note:

All returns must be done within 5 days of receipt of your order.
We cannot arrange for an exchange to be picked up on the same day as you complete this form. Please select a “pick-up” date that is the next business day.
If you would like to exchange, we will dispatch your new item once we have received your return and have done a quality check on the returned product/s.
Allow 15 working days for us to receive your item(s), process your return and confirm your exchange or voucher.
We pay for 1 return per order. If you would like to return for the second time, we charge you R85 (excl. VAT).
Please note, that we only process returns if your garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
Sales and discounted purchases are not eligible for returns (exchange, refund or a credit, in the form of a voucher).
